He slammed the door and was immediately replaced by Moussa Marra who had until now been the minister of planning and towns. Barely seven months after being at the head of a team doing immense major work of reconciliation between the citizens of a country, which was torn apart by a year and a half of crisis, Oumar Tatam Ly resigned due to difference of opinion with President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita [IBK].
