The celebrated and constant evolution of operating operations and market companies compensate for the integration of process participants and the need to promote new operating strategies, as well as the integration of process participants, as well as the need for integration of participants in the process resources involved in the supply chain. From this scenario of need for evolution and modification of market relations, the use and implementation of outstanding projects of logistics integration centers as a way of improving the logistics reality. Corroborating this reality, the main objective of this research was to verify the feasibility and benefits generated from the implementation of a Logistics Integration Center in the State of Pará - CILOG, from the perspective of the demand for production flow, availability of modal and location. To verify the feasibility of production for implementation, foam consulted without data regarding load states and load locations in adjacent areas, as well as potential, functionalities and resources of the implementation systems, with flow as the main centers of selection and, systematic and systematic way, of the feasibility and evaluation of the benefits generated from the implementation of the needs of the demand for services of attendance of the neighboring states, as well as of the entrances for the attendance of the neighboring states demand of flow of the production, availability of modals and geographic location. For this, an A-SWOT hybrid methodology was applied to define the HP location criteria and the decision factors that characterize the implementation of logistics such as the Logistics Integration Center (CILOG) in the Amazon Region, as well as the definition of the best for this implementation, based on three local alternatives: Santarém, Alça Viária and Miritituba. With the evaluation, Santarém (on the banks of the Amazon River) was listed as the best location for the installation, from the perspective of locational, operational, relating to capacity and territories

Improving the efficiency of the transport and logistics sector
2023
The use of modern information technologies in transport logistics makes it possible to reduce the cost of cargo delivery and optimize the time of their transportation. Reducing inventory to the most optimal level and delivering goods exactly at a certain time is very much in demand for a modern dynamic economy. One of the most important tasks of the logistics chain is to coordinate the actions of all its participants. This is facilitated by the standardization of documents necessary for the transportation of goods, the establishment of direct contractual relations between all participants in the logistics chain, as well as the possibility of a single order for all services provided by all participants in the logistics chain. Effective development of transport logistics requires a systematic approach to solving emerging practical problems. The formation of transport and logistics clusters and the creation of multimodal transport and logic centers contributes to the development of the transport and logic sector. The transport system shows its maximum efficiency not only in the presence of modern transport infrastructure, but it also requires the presence of free competition in the market of transport and logistics services. The state policy in the field of regulation of the market of transport and logistics services should be aimed at their rationalization and reduction of costs correlated with them.

In the article, based on the methods of grouping and classification, the approaches to the interpretation of transport and logistics infrastructure proposed by various scientific schools are conventionally systematized. An author's approach to defining the meaning of the terms “transport infrastructure” and “logistics infrastructure” is proposed. Financial, economic, social, and informational factors influencing the level of investment attractiveness of transport and logistics enterprises have been identified. The approach to evaluating the effectiveness of innovative activities in the transport sector is substantiated, the use of which will allow examining the current state of the government regulation processes, the decision-making and goal-setting support system, and institutional provision. An organizational model of the national innovative transport hub and an approach to evaluating its functioning are proposed. Proposals have been made for diagnosing the investment attractiveness of transport infrastructure objects, selecting priority projects for government funding, and forming public-private partnership models for the innovative development of transport infrastructure. An investment strategy has been developed, the main provisions of which should be based on the established investment policy of enterprises in the field of transport and logistics. The relevance of the problem of modernization of transport and logistics infrastructure in the context of sustainable development and recovery of the national economy of Ukraine at the current stage is proven. The key vectors of the modernization of the transport and logistics infrastructure have been established, which include green transformation (decarbonization, implementation of the mechanism of green logistics, green investment as a non-traditional source of financial support for the implementation of infrastructure projects), innovative technologies, public-private partnership, clustering, digitalization (digital logistics, digital transport technologies).

MANAGEMENT AND UTILIZATION OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES IN CARGO LOGISTICS
With today's developing technology, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which have revolutionized the logistics sector as in every field of technology, have started to play an active role in cargo distribution and continue to do so with this momentum. UAVs provide a great advantage especially in urgent delivery shipments by offering fast and efficient delivery. Their cost-efficient operations, ease of transportation and access, and green carbon footprint make them a positive alternative to traditional product shipment/transportation methods. This paper will discuss the advantages of UAVs in cargo transportation and distribution, challenges, application areas in different sectors and service branches, and potential future use scenarios. With each passing day, UAVs are being used in a wide range of sectors such as e-commerce, health and medical services, emergency and emergency assistance, military logistics and access to areas outside urban settlements. Along with this sectoral distribution, various challenges such as legal regulations, security concerns, technological constraints, climate/landforms and weather dependency can negatively affect this technology from reaching its full potential. In the near future, UAV technologies integrated with artificial intelligence and 5G technology are expected to become more autonomous (completely without human intervention or with semi-human intervention) and safe. With the creation of special drone air corridors in urban areas and the development of blockchain-supported tracking systems, secure delivery operations and phenomena are expected to become more efficient. In conclusion, unmanned aerial vehicles constitute a significant transformation opportunity in the logistics sector. Thanks to the cooperation of regulatory bodies and the private sector, this technology has the potential to create a revolutionary change in cargo transportation by being adopted more widely (Günay, 2023). The potential of UAVs to offer sustainable logistics solutions and minimize environmental impacts by promoting green logistics practices is also of particular importance.

The People's Republic of China declared the \"One Belt One Road Project\" to the international public opinion in 2013. Within the scope of the project, China aims to connect Asia, Europe, Africa, the Caucasus, the Middle East and Latin America by sea, land, air and railways. In accordance with the agreement signed between Türkiye and the PRC in 2015, Türkiye was included in the \"Middle Corridor\" section of One Belt One Road Project. The trade flow between the PRC and the EU is planned through the \"Middle Corridor\". Following the “Second Nagorno-Karabakh War\" between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Azerbaijan reclaimed the territories it had lost in the earlier Conflict. For this reason, the opening process of the \"Zenzegur Corridor\" has been accelerated. The Development Road Project aims to develop and accelerate trade between Europe, Türkiye and the Persian Gulf. In this study, the Possible Effects of the Zenzegur Corridor and Development Road Project on Turkish Foreign Policy in the context of the Central Corridor of the One Belt One Project will be analyzed. The research will focus on the Central Corridor and Development Road Project and other commercial corridors or routes are excluded from the scope of the research.

Shipper’s Obligations under the Rotterdam Rules. A Comparison with the Hague-Visby Rules 1968 and the Hamburg Rules 1978
2024
The article aims to analyze the shipper's liability in international contracts of carriage of goods under the Rotterdam Rules in comparison with his liability under the 1968 Hague Visby Rules and the 1978 Hamburg Rules. The shipper's obligations are based on the previous provisions contained in the Hague-Visby Rules 1968 and the Hamburg Rules 1978. The Rotterdam Rules introduce new obligations, such as the duty of cooperation between the shipper and the carrier of goods, the shipper's duty to pack and label a container in such a way as not to cause damage to persons or goods, or the duty to mark or label dangerous goods in accordance with any law, regulation, or other requirements of public authorities. The notion of \"shipper\" is defined differently from the Hamburg Rules of 1978. The Rotterdam Rules add the notion of \"documentary shipper\", a completely new concept adapted to the needs of international FOB contracts. There are no substantial differences between the Hague Visby Rules 1968 and the Hamburg Rules 1978. The obligations and liability of the shipper are better structured. A number of important issues, such as the shipper's liability to third parties or the shipper's liability for loss or damage caused by delay, remain unregulated by the Rotterdam Rules.

Necip Fazıl Kısakürek’in Şiirlerinde Yol Kronotopunun İmge ve Görüngüleri
Humanity’s connection to time and space becomes significant when individuals view themselves as purposeful entities within these dimensions and prioritize time and space as the ultimate, invaluable repository of memories. The most admirable occurrences, behaviors, and facts of life create their own sphere within a specific time and place. The relationship between time and space in the sphere of art and literature is complex and profound. Mikhail Bakhtin elucidates the connection and interdependence of time and space through the idea of chronotope. Mikhail Bakhtin introduces the notion of chronotope, which refers to the interconnectedness of time and place in literary works such as carnival and various genres, reflecting the unique characteristics of each genre within its narrative world. The primary function of the chronotope bond is to unveil many dimensions of time and space that embody historical liberation in societal existence. In this contex, the broadening of the chronotopical relational network in poetry generates innovative phenomena and meanings in the realm of image, metaphor, and symbol within the intricate dimensions of time and space. Necip Fazıl Kısakürek’s poems explore significant connections between time and space, incorporating major chronotopical interconnections. The road chronotope images and phenomena in Necip Fazıl Kısakürek’s poetry need the examination of the time-space relationship he constructs in his poems inside an imagined framework. Necip Fazıl Kısakürek’s poems feature chronotopes like roads and pavements that symbolize the passenger, illustrating perception, reality, intuition, fiction, and poetic connections within the concept of “time-space integrity.” Within this particular framework, the road and chronotopes of encounters are associated with the road in the poems of Necip Fazıl Kısakürek. It delineates the fantastical and transcendent realms of time-space coherence, wherein the poem’s subject matter, a road and pavement, elucidates its own existence.
