Pacific Forum secretary-general steps down
The secretary-general of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, [Australian] Greg Urwin has resigned for health reasons. Mr Urwin tendered his resignation to the current chairman of the Forum, the prime minister of Tonga, Dr Fred Sevele.

'So all of that is contributing to a broadening agenda,\" Mr Urwin said. \"But in terms of specific issues that might come up at this Forum, clearly there's a good deal of interest in what's happening in Fiji in the light of Fiji's position as the headquarter for a lot of regional organizations,\" Mr Urwin said.
