In this paper, we develop via real variable methods various characterisations of the Hardy spaces in the multi-parameter flag
setting. These characterisations include those via, the non-tangential and radial maximal function, the Littlewood–Paley square function
and area integral, Riesz transforms and the atomic decomposition in the multi-parameter flag setting. The novel ingredients in this
paper include (1) establishing appropriate discrete Calderón reproducing formulae in the flag setting and a version of the
Plancherel–Pólya inequalities for flag quadratic forms; (2) introducing the maximal function and area function via flag Poisson kernels
and flag version of harmonic functions; (3) developing an atomic decomposition via the finite speed propagation and area function in
terms of flag heat semigroups. As a consequence of these real variable methods, we obtain the full characterisations of the
multi-parameter Hardy space with the flag structure.

EL EFECTO DE LA EDAD RELATIVA EN EL HOCKEY PATINES DE ALTO NIVEL EN ESPAÑA

The influence of athletes' birth distribution across different year periods on sports performance is called the relative age effect. The present research aims to identify this bias in the top male and female national rink hockey competitions in Spain, as well as to assess this effect on variables such as level of competition, gender, position on the court, nationality, team standings, individual performance (goals scored), and international player status. The relative age of athletes in the first and second top Spanish national male (n = 499) and female (n = 358) competitions in the 2022-23 season is analysed. The results reveal the absence of a relative age effect in any of the analysed variables, indicating the independence of this variable from gender and competitive level. The nature of the sport, its organization, and the competitive structure designed in rink hockey indicate that athletes achieving higher performance are not selected based on maturational status of a biological nature.

EFECTO DE LA MADURACIÓN Y LAS ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS EXTRAESCOLARES SOBRE LA COORDINACIÓN MOTRIZ. UN ESTUDIO LONGITUDINAL

The objective of this study was to analyze the behavior of motor coordination during the school period between 6 and 11 years of age and to longitudinally study the effect of participation in extracurricular sports activities and peak height velocity on this variable motor development. A longitudinal descriptive design was used (67 primary school children). Motor coordination was measured using the 3JS test. During the investigation, the subjects regularly participated in extracurricular sports activities. The maturation is reduced by calculating the peak height velocity. The present longitudinal study carried out over six years in boys and girls in Primary Education showed: 1) an increase in the level of motor coordination from 6 to 11 years of age, 2) a different motor coordination behavior between the group of children and girls who performed regular extracurricular sports activities and the group that did not perform these activities, and 3) the predictive value of the level of motor coordination at 6 years of age, regular participation in extracurricular sports activities, and peak height velocity over the degree of motor coordination at age 11.

Estimation de la durée d’humectation des feuilles par seuillage de l’humidité relative dans la zone nord de la Cote d’Ivoire
This study investigates the modelling of leaf wetness duration (LWD) using empirical approaches based on relative humidity (RH). Analysis of meteorological data shows marked diurnal variability, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 32°C and relative humidity often above 90%. These conditions favour prolonged wet spells, particularly observed at night and in the morning. The RH model, with a threshold of 90%, achieved a fraction correct (FC) of 77%, a CSI index of 60%, and a Cohen’s Kappa of 0.54. This model shows a good ability to identify wet spells, although slightly underestimated (bias of 0.91) and with a false alarm rate (FAR) of 22%. On the other hand, the dew point depression (DPD) model, using thresholds of 1.5°C for the onset and 4°C for the cessation of wetness, showed slightly better performance, with a CF of 79%, a Kappa of 0.58, and a FAR of 17%. However, this model showed greater sensitivity to data variations during validation, limiting its operational applicability. Both models exhibit residual errors mainly around zero, with a slightly better accuracy for the DPD model (MAE of 0.21 versus 0.23 for RH). This study concludes that the two approaches are complementary: the RH model is robust for operational applications, while the DPD model offers increased accuracy for specific contexts. These results contribute to the improvement of agroclimatic systems for the management of risks related to prolonged leaf wetness.
