Anwendung und Grenzen der Interrupted-Time-Series-Analyse als quasi-experimentelles Design in der Evaluationsforschung
Analyzing the efects of interventions is a key challenge in social science and evaluation research. Interrupted Time Series (ITS) analysis allows to examine time series for structural breaks. Tis paper highlights the application and limitations of ITS analysis as a quasi-experimental design. Te practical application of the method is demonstrated by evaluating the amendment of the German law on fxed-term academic contracts (WissZeitVG) and its impact on the level of fxed-term contracts at German universities. Te methodological challenges, such as the autocorrelation of the data, the sensitivity of the method to external disturbances, the importance of control groups, and the need for close monitoring of the characteristic of interest, are discussed.
Das Projekt Kooperativ, kompetent, motiviert Schreiben Ein Interventionsprojekt zur Förderung von Schreibkompetenz, Schreibmotivation und sozialer Partizipation in Grundschule und Ganztag („KommSchreib!\)
Vorgestellt wird das noch laufende BMBF-geförderte Interventionsprojekt „KommSchreib!\" an Grundschulen, dessen Ziel die Förderung von Schreibkompetenz, Schreib - motivation und sozialer Partizipation ist. Die Interventionsmaß nahmen werden im Unterricht und ergänzend in Arbeitsgemeinschaften im Offenen Ganztag in den Jahrgängen 3 und 4 durchgeführt. Zentrale Bausteine sind dabei die Förderung prozessorientierten Schreibens und die Stärkung kooperativen Lernens.
