Metodologia: esta pesquisa foi qualitativa no formato de uma pesquisa-acao. Adotou-se um modelo de gestion de innovacion basado en el abordaje de la ergonomia y la concepcion. Se utilizo un diseno paso a paso para desarrollar la solucion dentro de la empresa. En esta investigacion se utilizaron cuatro metodos: entrevistas individuales semiestructuradas; entrevistas colectivas semiestructuradas; observacion participante; y verbalizaciones simultaneas y consecutivas.

Objective: this study consists the adoption an innovation management approach to improve the production process in a company located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus (IPM) using the ergonomics and conception methodology in the production environment. Methodology: This research was qualitative in the format of action research. Its adopted a model for innovation management based on the ergonomics and conception approach. The step-by-step design was used to develop the solution in the company. Four methods were used in this research: individual semi-structured interviews; collective semi-structured interviews; participant observation; and simultaneous and consecutive verbalizations. Main results: Key outcomes include improved operational performance, the implementation of process innovation, and enhanced knowledge sharing. Ergonomics and conception enriched the organisational intervention by fostering greater employee participation in both the design and implementation of process innovations. Relevance: This study underscores the importance of pursuing an ethnographic engineering approach, which can contribute to project design in engineering and other knowledge domains. This approach is rooted in a social process that prioritises understanding the object worlds of each individual involved. The paradigm of Industry 5.0 pushes the transition from the traditional to a novel, smart, digital, and connected industry, where well-being is key to enhance productivity, optimize man–machine interaction and guarantee workers’ safety. This work aims to conduct a systematic review of current methodologies for monitoring and analyzing physical and cognitive ergonomics. Three research questions are addressed: (1) which technologies are used to assess the physical and cognitive well-being of workers in the workplace, (2) how the acquired data are processed, and (3) what purpose this well-being is evaluated for. This way, individual factors within the holistic assessment of worker well-being are highlighted, and information is provided synthetically. The analysis was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 statement guidelines. From the sixty-five articles collected, the most adopted (1) technological solutions, (2) parameters, and (3) data analysis and processing were identified. Wearable inertial measurement units and RGB-D cameras are the most prevalent devices used for physical monitoring; in the cognitive ergonomics, and cardiac activity is the most adopted physiological parameter. Furthermore, insights on practical issues and future developments are provided. Future research should focus on developing multi-modal systems that combine these aspects with particular emphasis on their practical application in real industrial settings.

Sinema eseri içerisinde kullanılan tasarlanmış nesnelerin salt olarak bir nesne olmaktan ötesini barındırdıkları fikri bu çalışmayı imkânlı kılmıştır. Eser sahibinin söylemek istediği bazı söylemlerin nesneler üzerinden anlamlandığı anlar tartışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu söylemler gösterge bilimsel analizle irdelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda ilgili düşüncenin araştırılması için John Ronald Reuel Tolkien’in Yüzüklerin Efendisi serisi çalışmanın temel araştırma alanını oluşturmakta, bu alan içerisinde özellikle kimlik ve karakterle ilişki kuran aynı zamanda beden ve kurguyla uzamlar oluşturan öğeler olarak savaş enstrümanları temel nesneler olarak ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın strüktürü; ilgili enstrümanların fonksiyonel, ergonomik, estetik vb. gibi tasarımsal ve sanatsal özelliklerinin kimlik ve karakterle bağdaştırılması aynı zamanda eser içerisindeki söylemlerinin keşfedilmesiyle oluşmaktadır. Sinema ve tasarım ara kesitinde var olan çalışma üretimle temsili, nesneyle kimliği, formla karakteri, olguyla hikâyeyi vb. buluşturan noktalara temas etmektedir. Sonuçta ilgili yapıtlarda var olan tasarlanmış nesnelerin birer kimlik anlatı aracı olduğu, hikâyede var olan bazı kaideleri doldurduğu ortaya konulmuş, sinema ve sinematografik anlatım içerisinde tasarım nesnesinin yeri ve pozisyonu keşfedilmeye çalışılmış, ürün-kimlik bağlamları oluşturulmuştur.
