وزع الكتاب على نحو ثلاثة عشر فصلا تحدث فيها المؤلف عن أهم المحطات التي عاشتها إذاعة صفاقس منذ يوم تأسيسها يوم الجمعة 8 ديسمبر 1961 محاولا قصد الإمكان إعطاء كل ذي حق حقه من الذين صنعوا تاريخ هذه المؤسسة الإعلامية الجهوية التي قال عنها الأستاذ زهير بن حمد: تعد إذاعة صفاقس ثاني أعرق إذاعة جهوية في الوطن العربي إذ جاءت نشأتها بعد نشأة إذاعة الإسكندرية في مصر سنة 1954.
