Overview
تتناول القصة (تالا، رنيه آخر ملوك بني سراج) والذي قام بتأليفه (شاتوبريان) في حوالي (239) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (القصص الفرنسية في القرن 20)، قصة رينه وأتالا هاتين الروايتين هما متلازمتان معا بخيط دقيق. لكنهما يظهران لنا في النسخة العربية ملحق بهما \"رواية آخر بني سراج\" ضمن الكتاب .. كلا القصتين هي عن التحول وعن العودة بعد التحول .. ففي الأولى (أتالا) تلفظ الغابة العاشق (المتوحش النبيل) نحو المدنية / الحضارة، وفي (رنينه) يعود العاشق (المتوحش النبيل) الذي لم يأنس بالمدنية والحضارة للغابة من جديد بعد أن حن لجذوره من جديد، وكلا الروايتين تتلاقى مع رواية آخر بني سراج التي تحكي قصة (الموريسكي) الذي يرغب في العودة لجذوره في الأندلس التي أصبحت إسبانيا. أعمال الفرنسي الثلاثة خرجت من رحم الرومنطيقية الذي يعتبر هذا الكاتب أحد أعمدتها.
