يشكل هذا المؤلف، الجزء الخامس والأخير في هذه المرحلة من سلسلة شرح قانون العقوبات الأردني-القسم الخاص، دراسة تحليلية مقارنة. وبذلك تكون الأجزاء الصادرة والتي تكاد تشكل موسوعة جنائية أردنية في نطاق القسم الخاص من قانون العقوبات على النحو التالي: الجزء الأول: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الإنسان، الجزء الثاني: شرح قانون العقوبات الجرائم الواقعة على الأموال، الجزء الثالث: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الأخلاق والإدارة العامة، الجزء الرابع: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الشرف والحرية، الجزء الخامس: شرح قانون العقوبات، وقد تناول المؤلف فيه ما يلي: أولا: من الجرائم المخلة بالثقة العامة، الجرائم التالية: 1-التزوير في المحررات الرسمية، 2-المصدقات الكاذبة وما في حكمها، 3-انتحال الهوية، 4-التزوير في المحررات العرفية، 5-استعمال المحررات المزورة الرسمية والعرفية. ثانيا: من الجرائم المخلة بالإدارة القضائية، الجرائم التالية: 1-شهادة الزور، 2-جرم الافتراء، 3-اختلاق الجرائم، 4-اليمين الكاذبة؛ أما ثالثا: من الجرائم المخلة بواجبات الوظيفة العامة، الجرائم التالية: 1-الرشوة، 2-الاختلاس، 3-استثمار الوظيفة.
