في هذا الكتاب يتحدث غوردن بيل عن نظام التذكر الكامل الذي يسجل كل ما يقوم به, حيث انه الصق كاميرا صغيرة على رأسه، وصور الاشياء التي يملكها، ونقل اوراقه كلها الى صيغة الكترونية في نظام يسمح له ان يبحث بين كل هذه الاشياء، وبعد وفاته، ترث عائلته هذه الذاكرة الالكترونية. ويستعرض في الكتاب فوائد هذا النظام من الناحية الصحية. حيث يمكنك من تسجيل كل ما تأكله وتسجيل نبضات القلب وضغط الدم بشكل دوري والاحتفاظ بها, ويمكنك الرجوع اليها متى ما احتجت لها لتحصل على تشخيص طبي أدق وافضل. لكن تبقى مسألة الخصوصية واحتمال ان تتمكن الحكومة او غيرها من الولوج الى ذاكرتنا الإلكترونية هاجسا يمنع من إنتشارها في القريب العاجل، ولكن الكاتب يتوقع أنه في عام 2020 سينتشر استخدام الذاكرة الإلكترونية بعد معرفة فوائدها الكبيرة.
