يتناول كتاب \"رحلة الأيام وذكريات في الإعلام\" والذي قام بتأليفه \"د. محمد أحمد الصبيحي\" في حوالي (226) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (سيرة الصبيحي)، وضع الصبيحي أطيافا من سيرته الذاتية ووقائع رحلته في الحياة وفي الإعلام، التقطها من ذاكرته، واختلط فيها الذاتي كسيرة إنسانية بالموضوعي كسيرة عملية، بدءا بميلاده بمكة المكرمة وعمله مع الإذاعة السعودية والتلفزيون السعودي، وانتقاله إلى الولايات المتحدة لتحصيل الدراسات العليا، ليعود إلى وزارة الإعلام مؤسسا القناة الثانية في التلفزيون السعودي، ثم ليشد الرحال إلى لندن ملحقا إعلاميا في سفارة بلاده في بريطانيا، متذكرا مساهمته الأولى في إنشاء قناة إم بي سي، ثم عودته إلى حضن الوطن، وتوليه مسؤولية اتحاد الإذاعات الإسلامية، كأمين عام لها لسنوات عدة، ثم مستشارا لهذا الاتحاد.
