مستقبل الوهم كتاب قام بتأليفه سغموند فرويد عام 1927 يحكي في هذا الكتاب رؤيته عن أصل ونشأة الأديان وتطورها ويحللها تحليلا نفسيا ويكتب عن مستقبل الأديان. ويرى فرويد أن الأديان عبارة عن اعتقادات خاطئة هذه هي نقطة انطلاق فرويد الجذرية في التصدي لمشكلة الدين وعلاقته بالحضارة ومستقبله على ضوء المستتبعات الفلسفية لنظرية التحليل الفلسفي. وليس من قبيل الصدفة أن يكون مستقبل وهم مثله مثل قلق في الحضارة وموسى والتوحيد.
