بحسب المؤلف فإن إسرائيل قد أجهضت وببراعة فائقة عملية قيام الدولة الفلسطينية عن طريق \"مصفوفة التحكم\" التى صممها ونفذها العلماء والقادة العسكريون بغرض التوسع في الاستيطان، وليس من أجل السلام. ومنذ حرب لبنان 1983 وخروج منظمة التحرير منها، وحتى قبيل انتفاضة 1987، تم إهمال وتجاهل القضية الفلسطينية التى تراجعت على جداول أعمال الدول العربية والأجنبية، ومن ثم لم يكن غريبا أن تاتى الانتفاضة الفلسطينية الأولى 1987 تعبيرا عن غضب الشعب الفلسطيني بسبب ما لحق به من تجاهل وإهمال عالميين، إضافة إلى تأثير اللوبى الصهيوني في سياسات الولايات المتحدة، والتي وظفت بالفعل كل القوى السياسية والاقتصادية واحيانا العسكرية من أجل اليهود.
