تدور أحداث القصة حيث بدأت الحكاية بقصاصة من الورق مكتوب عليها بعض الحروف ورسمة زجزاج كان هذا كل ما فى أيدي أبطال الرواية وهم داجس وجودى وأولاف. كان الواجب الملقى على عاتقهم ثقيل إذ كان عليهم إماطة اللثام عن جريمة اختطاف رجل قد رأوها بأعينهم ولكن لصغر سنهم فإنه لم يصدقهم أحد لهذا أخذ الثلاثة على عاتقهم تحرير الرجل المختطف ومن هنا تبدأ مراقبات ومطاردات عنيفة كادت أن تكلفهم حياتهم لكن خلال هذه الأحداث والمغامرات توثقت عرى الصداقة بينهم جميعا.
