هذا الكتاب دراسة في الأسلوب البياني لنظم بعض آيات التشريع والأثر الذي يوجده في نفس المكلف وذلك بتطبيق نظرية النظم (علم المعاني) على آيات التشريع، وهذه النظرية يبرز فيها جانبان : الجانب النفسي أولا : ويظهر في تأثير النظم في النفس الإنسانية وقبولها لمعنى الآيات والجانب الفكري ثانيا : الذي نجده في العلاقة بين المعاني بعضها مع بعض من جهة وبينها وبين الألفاظ لا من حيث الوضع فحسب بل من حيث الوضع والترتيب. والأساليب البيانية المستخدمة في الآيات من شأنها أن تترك أثارها في نفس السامع وتهيجه للامتثال وتزيد من قناعة العقل بالعمل الذي يقوم به فتعد من وسائل التشويق والإثارة والتنبية التي تقوم بدورها بتمكين المعاني في النفوس وهي تعتمد بهذا على إقناع العقل وإمتاع العاطفة.
