ينقسم الكتاب إلى جزأين : الأول فى معية الله ..ويتناول معنى المعية وأقسامها.. ويتحدث عن رعاية الله للإنسان منذ وجوده في ظلمة الرحم حيث كان الله معه، وبعد أن يخرج للدنيا ضعيفا يكون ربه ركنه الشديد فيأمن في جواره ويستشعر أنهليس وحيدا لأن الله معه، حاضر وإن غابنا نحن عنه، صاحب لنا ولكن ليس كأي صاحب..يحبنا كما نحن، يرضى بالقليل منا، لا يمل من سماع شكوانا، أحن علينا من الأهل والأم والأب .. يؤكد لنا فى أصعب المواقف مادام الله معك فأنت لست وحدك في هذه الحياة. والقسم الثانى من الكتاب يشتمل على أدعية ترقق القلوب وهو تحت عنوان : أدعونى أستجب لكم.
