الدكتور فيكتور فيليبوفيج تروبنيكوف الذي عمل في دولة الكويت جراحا وطبيبا استشاريا في مجال جراحة العظام وعلم الجروح والرضوض لأكثر من ثلاثة أعوام ؛ حيث كان اختصاصيا ماهرا، وطبيبا مقتدرا، وشخصا واسع الثقافة والإطلاع، ولديه موهبة التواصل مع الناس، وكان يتمتع بشهرة واسعة وشعبية بين سكان العاصمة الكويتية وسكان البادية وحبهم، وأتاحت له مهنته ومعرفته بمختلف شرائح المجتمع الكويتي إمكانية التنقل بحرية في البلاد، وزيارة المناطق البعيدة فيها، وتعرف حياة القبائل الراحلة وظروف معيشتها، وطبيعة عمل آبار النفط الغنية في هذه الدولة.
