مخطوطات فلورنسا عبارة عن عمل موسوعي يتناول شعوب وسط المكسيك وثقافتهم، وهو من تأليف القس بيرناردينو دي ساهاغون وهو مبشر فرنسيسكاني وصل إلى المكسيك في عام 1529، أي بعد مرور ثمانية أعوام على اكتمال الغزو الإسباني على يد هرنان كورتيس. تتكون المخطوطة من اثني عشر كتابا كل منها مخصص لموضوع مختلف، وتتناول في مجملها عادات وتقاليد شعوب المكسيك القديمة.
