هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد وتجريب أداة لقياس الاتجاهات المدرسية والكفايات التعليمية لدى الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا في المغرب المتراوحة أعمارهم بين 8-14 سنة، الذين هم في حاجة إلى تربية خاصة تساعدهم على الإدماج المدرسي من هنا، يتعين تحري الدقة في تشخيص هذه الفئة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ؛ لأن الغرض الأساسي من التشخيص هو وضع برامج تربوية على أسس علمية وموضوعية تقوم على استخدام طرائق تعليمية مناسبة للحاجات النفسية للطفل المعاق ذهنية، فالمشروع التربوي الفردي يقوم أساسا على التشخيص الذي يبقى الهدف منه هو الرفع من مستوى الإدماج لدى الطفل.
