هذا الموجز في الإرشاد النفي وتطبيقاته، وأظن أن هذا الكتاب هو الأول من نوعه الذي يقدم بعض الحالات التطبيقية من واقع المجتمع العربي بعامة والبيئة المدرسية بخاصة. يبحث الفصل الأول في بعض القضايا الإرشادية، حيث يتطرق لطبيعة النظرية الإرشادية، وصفاتها ومحكات جودتها. ويتطرق الفصل الثاني للعلاقة الإرشادية كعلاقة المساعدة، فيبحث في المناخ العلاجي وفي معيقات المقابلة الإرشادية. أما الفصل الثالث فيتطرق إلى بعض نظريات الإراشد، حيث يعرف بالنظرية ويعدد صفاتها، ويبين كيف تكون النظرية نافعة. أما الفصل الرابع والأخير فيتناول تطبيقات الإرشاد، حيث يطلع القارئ على أربع حالات تعامل معها المرشد، ثلاثا منها لأطفال كانوا في المرحلة الابتدائية وأما الحالة الرابعة فهي حالة بالغ متزوج.
