هذا الكتاب مزيج من المشاعر، والتعامل معها، بين أحداث الدنيا التي أن أخطأ أحدها أصاب الآخر، المهم كيفية التعامل معها. هذا الكتاب استثناء، ربطته بالهوية، كتبته بقلب مليء بالحزن على عبد الله، عندما شعرت أن الموت، والفقد، لا تكون نتيجته البكاء فقط، وإنما وجدت أنه يسبب الضعف العام، وضعف العضلات، وفقدان القوة، وقد تكون المفاجأة هي السبب، وأدرك أنني قررت أن تكون عضلاتي أقوى، وأن أساعد عضلات الآخرين لتكون أقوى، فوعدت أن أجعل هذا العمل في سبيل الله، ابتغي منه مساعدة إنسان، قد تكون أنت أو آخر يصل له هذا الكتاب. تبقى المشاعر الإنسانية من الخصائص التي ميز الإنسان بها، وجعل في تأرجحها في الحالات المختلفة، سببا لمزيد من الاستمرار والنجاح أو نقطة في نهاية سطر الحياة المليئة بالإنجازات.
