أقيمت الندوة بوفاء أصدقائه المتحدثين، والجمهور النوعي المميز للندوة عبر مسيرتها في السنوات الأربع، وتحدث في الندوة: - د. عابد إسماعيل تناول جوانب من خصوصية تجربته الشعرية. - أ. سامي أحمد وقد ألهمته صداقته العميقة لبندر بنص مفتوح على إبداع وشعر وحياة بندر. - د. إسماعيل مروة وقدم صورة وجدانية عن قرب لبندر عبد الحميد. وقد غاب الجانب النقدي السينمائي والصحافي الغياب المتحدث في هذا الجانب بسبب المرض، واكتفت الندوة بالجانب الاحتفائي ببندر الشخص والمبدع، عسى أن تكون هناك ندوات متخصصة في نقده واسهاماته الإعلامية.
