العائلة السليمية وثيقة مهمة أصدرتها مكتبة الاسكندرية في صورة كتاب يضم صورا نادرة لعائلة من أهم العائلات في صعيد مصر والتي ينتسب إليها محمد محمود باشا رئيس وزراء مصر قبل ثورة يوليو/ تموز. الكتاب سبقه بحث ودراسة 4 سنوات من العمل المتواصل ليخرج إلى النور ويكتب مقدمته إسماعيل سراج الدين مدير مكتبة الاسكندرية ويأتي ضمن مشروع ذاكرة تاريخ مصر الحديث والمعاصر الذي يعد أول أرشيف الكتروني لتاريخ أرض الكنانة. ويتكون الكتاب الذي أشرف على توثيقه الدكتور خالد عزب مدير الاعلام بالمكتبة من 336 صفحة تتناول تاريخ العائلة في مصر والذي يعود إلى قبيلة بني سليم العربية، ويعتبر محمد محمود باشا أحد مؤسسيها، واستقر مؤسس العائلة في منطقة تقع على الشاطئ الشرقي لنهر النيل عرفت فيما بعد بساحل سليم بمحافظة اسيوط بصعيد مصر حاليا.
