تتبنى \"الفرضية والسيكولوجية\" في التعلم الصفي : \"إن التعلم الصفي عملية نفسية قابلة للتحليل والدراسة والبحث...\" وإن دراستها وفق أصول علمية نظرية وبحثية ممكنة، بعد أن كان قد افترض سابقاً وإن التعلم الإنساني موضوع يصعب معالجته ويصعب تحديد مجالاته، والتأثير على نواتجه لدى المتعلم. سيكولوجية التعلم تتبنى : أن المتعلم تسوده حالة نفسية تساعده على التغير في التعامل مع المواد التي تقدم له، بما يتيسر له من إمكانات وخبرات وآليات ذهنية. فالتعلم الصفي: تعلم مبني على دراسة الأسس النفسية التي تقدم للطلبة، بهدف تيسير تعلمهم، وجعله قابلاً للفهم، وتقديم (الوجبات) المعرفية بطريقة تناسب مستوى كل متعلم في غرف الصف. ويتبنى التعلم الصفي اتجاهات مختلفة معرفية (وسيكولوجية)، بهدف توفير أفضل الظروف وأشملها، وجعل التعلم قابلاً لتوظيف الحياتي والمعالجة الذهنية النافعة.
