فيه وثائق قيمة تبين مدى اهتمام السلطان مولاي الحسن بهذا الإقليم، والوثائق تتحدث عن رحلة السيد العربي المنيعي إليه. ذلك الموظف الذي كان مفتشا مستقلا لدراسة أحوال العمال، وللتحقيق في القضايا والمنازل، والذي يقال بأن للفرنسيين يدا في قتله عام 1317هـ، وتوجد بهذا التقييد ظهائر هامة توضح مهامه في هذه الرحلة، ومن ضمنها رسائل توصية كان يحملها لعمال جلالة الملك بمختلف تلك الأقاليم ليساعدوه وليمهدوا له الطريق، وليصحبوه بمن يرافقه من الإخوان حتى يخرج من إيالتهم.
