يحتوي هذا المجلد أعمال المائدة المستديرة الثانية التي نظمتها كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بالرباط، بتعاون مع مؤسسة كونراد أدناور بمدينة مراكش ما بين 26 و29 نونبر 1992، وذلك بمشاركة فعاليات من مختلف الجامعات المغربية وحضور المنظر الأدبي الألماني المعروف فولفكانك إيزر. وقد تركزت أعمال هذه المائدة على بعض الإشكالات النظرية والتطبيقية للتلقي والتأويل والجدير بالذكر أن وقائع المائدة المستديرة الأولى، التي كانت قد انعقدت ما بين 15 و17 نونبر 1991، قد صدرت ضمن منشورات الكلية بعنوان \"نظرية التلقي : إشكالات وتطبيقات\".
