يحتوي هذا الكتاب على دراسة علمية بالعربية والإنكليزية حول المصحف الشريف المخطوط المنسوب إلى عهد الخليفة عثمان بن عفان (رضي الله عنه) والمحفوظ في متحف قصر طوب قابي. وقد درس هذا المصحف القديم الدكتور طيار آلتي قولاچ، المختص في الدراسات القرآنية والرئيس السابق للشؤون الدينية في تركيا، من الناحية التاريخية والفنية ومن حيث خصائصه المادية، لاسيما حروفه وصفحاته. وقد أعدت الدراسة في الأصل باللغة التركية ثم ترجمها الدكتور صالح سعداوي إلى العربية ونشرت بالتركية والعربية في عام 2007 م تحت عنوان \"المصحف الشريف المنسوب إلى عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه (نسخة متحف طوب قابي سرايي بإستانبول)\". وفي العام نفسه، نشر إرسيكا هذا الكتاب الثاني من السلسلة، والذي يحتوي على الترجمة الإنكليزية لهذه الدراسة التي قامت بها الدكتورة سميراميس جاووش أوغلو. ويضم المجلد النصين الإنكليزي والعربي.
