تألفت الدراسة بعد هذه المقدمة من تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وزعت على أساس تقانات الإقناع واختص التمهيد بالإطار المفاهيمي للمفردات التي جاءت في عنوان المشروع وهي مفهوم الإقناع أو بلاغة الإقناع أو بلاغة الإقناع وشعر الإصلاح ومدرسة الإحياء وشكل الفصل الأول بوابة الدخول إلى عالم تقانات الإقناع وفحص النصوص التي عالجات القضايا الاجتماعية والسياسية وجاء الفصل الثاني الذي يبحث في تقانات الإقناع اللغوية في ثلاثة مباحث أيضا أما الفصل الثالث فقد ركز على الثيمات الأساسية التي دارت حولها البلاغة قديما وحديثا.
