Overview
في رواية «جنة عدم» تحدثنا الكاتبة فائزة داود عن عائلة ارتبطت جذورها بالأرض، فعاشت كل حياتها تعمل وتحرث وتجني وتقاتل وتتآمر في صراعها وتشبثها بالأرض. تبدأ الرواية «بكاسر الشيخ» يبحث عما يأكله في البرية، وفجأة يجد قطا بريا يعالج شيئا ما في هدأة الليل، يهرب القط منه ليكتشف أنه يعالج طفلا، ابن زنى، يأخذه إلى ما يسمى بالغرفة، ويضع قرمة حطب في الكانون ليبعث الحياة في الروح الضالة. هذه الحادثة، تقود لتنثر فائزة داود حكايتها المليئة بالأساطير والحكايات الشعبية والخرافة، إنها تنسج روايتها على بساط من تكاثرت الأحداث لديه فراح يسحبها حدثا حدثا ليتم عمله، إنها تقدم لنا رائعتها بكل صدق وأمانة وإخلاص.
