يجمع الروسي (يفغيني شفارتس) بين النقائض في عنوان مسرحيته «معجزة عادية»؛ فالمعجزة تحتاج إلى أن تكون خارقة؛ لتوصف بما توصف به، على حين أن وصفها بالعادية ينزع منها جانب الإعجاز، ويجعلها أمرا عاديا، يمكن تكراره، أو يمكن لشخص ما القيام به أو إنجازه. يضخ (شفارتس) في مسرحيته جذوة الصراع بين الإنجاز والإعجاز في عمله، ويثير كثيرا من الأسئلة المتعلقة بالعلاقات السائدة بين البشر؛ من حيث الحب والكره، والحقد والحسد، والعداء والتناحر، من خلال الانطلاق من دائرة الحب، واتخاذها بؤرة الحكاية، ومبتدأ ومختتما في الوقت نفسه.
