تناول الكتاب حيث قسم الكتاب إلى ثلاثة أجزاء، يتناول الأول منها القضايا المتصلة بالإعلام الدولي وإنعكاساتها على الإعلام العربي، والجزء الثاني يتناول القضايا الإعلامية العربية بما فيها مواقف وإتجاهات الصحف العربية من الأحداث المهمة التي يشهدها المسرح العربي والعالمي، أما الجزء الثالث فيمثل حصيلة مراجعات قمت بها للإعلام الخليجي أثناء عملي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومن بعدها سلطنة عمان.
