هذه البرمجية تفاعلية يمكن للملعم استثمارها في جعل الطلاب يتعاملون مع البرمجية مباشرة من خلال التطبيق عليها وتسجيل ملاحظاتهم على التطبيقات التي قاموا بها للوصول إلى فهم لتركيب الذرة ومكوناتها ويمكن للطلاب إضافة ألبرتون والنيوترون والإلكترون إلي الذرة ومراقبة الحركة التي تظهر لتلك الجسيمات في حالة عدم الاستقرار وتتضمن البرمجية أيقونة لعية وهي أيقونة تفاعلية يمكن للمعلم استثمارها في إيجاد من التحدي لدى الطلاب في التعرف على الذرات ومكوناتها خلال فترة زمنية محددة والتنافس في مستويات مختلفة تزيد من قدرة الطلاب على ذلك.
