يعرض هذا النص مسيرة مركز دراسات الوحدة منذ ولادته كفكرة أطلقها جمع من المفكرين والناشطين في التيار القومي العربي، مرورا بتحوله إلى مؤسسة بحثية، ملتزمة ومستقلة في الوقت نفسه، عقدت عشرات المؤتمرات العلمية والندوات الفكرية وأصدرت مئات الكتب والدراسات والدوريات المحكمة في مختلف حقول المعرفة، وصولا إلى إنجازاته الكبرى على الساحة العربية، مؤسسيا وثقافيا وفكريا وسياسيا وحضاريا، حيث ساهمت الموضوعات الفكرية والسياسية التي بحثها في تجديد الخطاب القومي وترجمت الأفكار التي ساهم في إنضاجها إلى مشروع نهضوي وإلى عمل سياسي له مؤسساته، وساهمت الحركة التي فعلها وسط النخب العربية في خلق شبكة من المؤسسات المدنية والأكاديمية الفاعلة على الساحة العربية.
