كتاب يهود جبل نفوسة يحتوي 174 صفحة قام بترجمته محمد ؤمادي ومروة شحادتة... يتحدث عن السكان القدامى في الجبل ألا وهي الفئة اليهودية الديانة والأمازيغية الأصل التي كانت تغلب على السكان في ذلك الوقت... هذا الكتاب في الأصل مخطوط ليهودي إيطالي رِبّي ورجل علم. موردخاي هاكوهن إستقر في ليبيا إبان فترة الاحتلال الإيطالي حيث كان يشغل منصب قاضي في بنغازي الكتاب يعتبر دراسة مهمة عن العادات والتقاليد (دورة الحياة) عند يهود جبل نفوسة. ويعرج أحايين كثيرة على الساكنة الأمازيغ وعلاقتهم بجيرانهم اليهود. ولو أن الكتاب يتحدث عن يهود الجبل عموما لكننا سوف نلاحظ تركيزا بشكل كبير على يهود مدينة يفرن حيث كانت تقطن أكبر جالية يهودية في الجبل. يندرج هذا العمل الطموح وكل الأعمال المنجزة عن تاريخ جبل نفوسة ضمن برنامج متوسع تقوم به مؤسسة تاوالت الثقافية ضمن هدفها بعيد المدى في البحث في الجذور والتعمق بدراسة علمية رصينة في موروث الأجداد.
