عنوان الديوان (جدار الأعين الخرساء) أخذ انزياحا دلاليا من خلال الصورة الشعرية التي تتمثله، فالعيون قد تكون عمياء والألسن خرساء لكن انزياح الدلالة جعل من الأعين خرساء أي غير قادرة على البوح باعتبار أن للعيون لغة وهذا العنوان في إنتاجه الدلالي يكون مفتاح نصوص المجموعة كلها وإن تعددت مضامينها الشعرية وحملت بعض قصائد الديوان خصوصية مستقلة عن القصائد الأخرى، لهذا نستطيع تصنيف القصائد في وحدات شعرية تقترب بعلاقاتها خلاف ما فعلته الشاعرة. فمن القصيدة الأولى (عيناك معبد...) نجد الشاعرة ثائرة على الخطاب الذكوري في علاقة الرجل الشرقي بالمرأة، كما يسعى الصوت الأنثوي للتمرد على الواقع وهي تقود حركة التغيير بإحالات كثيرة على التراث الديني والتاريخي، فالشاعرة تقتنص الصورة اقتناصا لتأكيد فعل التمرد حيث تقول في قصيدة (أرفع الصوت وأشهد)
