كتاب يقع في 479 صفحة من القطع المتوسط، للباحثة والكاتبة الصحفية ملك يوسف التل، تناولت من خلاله سيرة حياة الشهيد وصفي (مصطفى وهبي) صالح التل منذ ولادته في منطقة عربكير شمال العراق ولغاية استشهاده في القاهرة عام 1971 على يد قناص غادر منهيا مشروعه الوطني والقومي. الكتاب يحتوي على ستة فصول تصور تاريخ رجل أقرب إلى الأسطورة منه إلى الواقع، فالشهيد لم يكن رئيسا للوزراء في فترة أو حقبة تاريخية امتدت إلى عشر سنوات فقط كغيره من رؤساء الوزراء الذين عبروا من بوابة الأردن وخرجوا دون أن يكون لهم بصمات أو مشاريع تستحق الكتابة والتوثيق ولقد كان وصفي كما هو معروف عنه وكما تصوره الكاتبة ملك التل ؛ مشروع وطني متكامل، استطاع أن ينفذ أكثر من 70 بالمائة من مشروعه الوطني، على مستويات عدة : سياسية واقتصادية وزراعية وثقافية واجتماعية.
