يرى المؤلف في إسرائيل ظاهرة استيطانية فريدة من نوعها في تاريخ العالم، وكيانا وظيفيا أقيم بمزاعم باطلة في صلب العالم العربي بواسطة الغرب، لكي يحول دون قيام وحدة عربية ذات سيادة واستقلال حقيقيين، تنهض بمواطنيها وتصبح قوة كبرى، حيث أنها تملك جميع المقومات لذلك. أي أن إسرائيل ليست سوى قاعدة عسكرية متقدمة للغرب مهمتها إبقاء الشعوب العربية في حالة ضعف مستديم في كل مجال وقد نجحت في تحقيق جزء من المهمات التي أنيطت بها ومازالت عاكفة على أداء دورها الذي من أجله أقيمت.
