هذا الكتاب محاولة لإلقاء الضوء ومتابعة \" التظاهرات والمهرجانات الليبية إضافة إلى \"مهرجان القاهرة التجريبي، وأيام قرطاج المسرحية\" مع التأكيد على المساهمات المسرحية الليبية في هذين المهرجانين، مع متابعة لبعض الأحداث المسرحية العربية والعالمية ورموزها حيث تفتقر المكتبة الليبية إلى دراسات تعني بالشأن المسرحي الدولي بصفة عامة والليبي بصفة خاصة، رغم مساهمات العديد من الكتاب الليبيين، منها ماحالفها الحظ للنشر وظلت الأخرى متناثرة في العديد من الصحف والمجلات الليبية التي لم تجمع إلى الآن لتأخذ طريقها نحو النشر.
