تم إعداد هذا الكتاب \"الظواهر الصوتية في قراءة الأعمش\" بطريقة وصفية تحليلية حيث بذلت جل جهدي في تتبع قراءت الأعمش المتناثرة في كتب القراءات والتفسير وكتب معاني القرآن وإعرابه على قدر المستطاع ثم جمعت هذه القراءات وضم النظير إلى النظير وقسمت بحسب الظواهر الصوتية وأثناء عرضي في كل ظاهرة اعتمدت على قراءة حفص المشهورة وجعلتها الأساس لأن الأعمش روى القراءة عن عاصم شيخ حفص وقابلت قراءة الأعمش بها.
