الدساتير المصرية عبر التاريخ رحلة نضال بدأت منذ عام ١٨٣٧ حتى عام ٢٠١١ من أجل وضع دساتير مصرية تجعل القانون هو سيد الموقف هكذا لخص عصام عاشور أزمة الدساتير التي شهدتها مصر فكلها حسب وصفه وضعت من قبل لجان عينها أولو الأمر لدرجة أن سعد زغلول أطلق على لجنة وضع دستور ١٩٢٣ لجنة الأشقياء لذا لم ينعم المصريون حتى الآن بدستور تضعه جمعية تأسيسية منتخبة فهي الوحيدة القادرة على وضع دستور ديمقراطي يمثل جميع طوائف الشعب ويعبر عنه.
