في إطار مواجهة العمل الماسوني في المنطقة العربية، صدر حديثا 2007 عن مكتبة الأنجلو المصرية التي تفضلت ووافقت على نشر كتاب جديد للكاتب \"وائل إبراهيم الدسوقي\" بعنوان (الماسونية في العالم العربي - المبادئ الأصول الأسرار). ولقد حاول الكاتب من خلال الوثائق والكتابات الحديثة أن يختلف عمن سبقوه في الكتابة عن الماسونية، واتخذ منهجا حياديا ليس مهاجما وليس منتهجا نهجهم، فهو في الأصل باحث أكاديمي يتحرى الدقة في كتابته، ولا يتناغم مع أهوائه الشخصية أيا كانت.
