شرح قطر الندى وبل الصدى هو من الكتب المقدمة عند النحويين المبتدئين منهم والمتخصصين فقد أحسن مؤلفه ابن هشام عرض المادة النحوية فيه للأولين وأثار قضايا خلافية للآخرين لذا فقد مثل مرجعا لهؤلاء وأولئك وقد عكف على الاهتمام به الكثيرون من خلال شرحه وأعراب شواهده الشعرية إلا أنهم أغفلوا العناية بشواهده القرآنية التي ساق فيه المؤلف آيات كثيرة وأورد قراءات متوافرة وشاذة مستدلا بها على قاعدة نحوية تارة وموجها لها تارة أخرى.
