Overview
The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between intrapersonal conflict among administration employees of the Public Hospital Enterprise (EPH) Houari- Boumadian Kaser El Hirane located in the Wilaya of Laghouat and their individual work performance. Survey data was collected from 59 respondent and analysed using structural equation modelling using PLS methodology. The result of the study after the statistical analysis using the programme (Smart PLS 3.0) revealed that there is a strong impact of intrapersonal conflict and individual work performance.
