Overview
The study aimed to identify the attitudes of public relations practitioners towards the effectiveness of training programs on modern technology use in developing the performance of public relations practitioners in Egyptian and Bahraini governmental institutions. The study used the survey methodology and the questionnaire applying to a sample of 210 individuals. Main results: - The institutions investigate the attitudes of the public relations practitioners who are trained to measure their satisfaction with the training programs. Also, institutions work to raise the technological skills of public relations practitioners through training courses. - Training on modern technology in Egyptian and Bahraini government institutions has achieved many advantages that have led to the development of public relations practitioners skills.. - There are many important criteria that must be met in selecting trainers of training courses in the field of information technology, such as being efficient, qualified and high experienced. - The respondents' evaluation of training courses has many aspects such as: the institution tests employees skills in using modern technology to respond to customer complaints, training programs are repeated according to trainees' opinions regarding the effectiveness of training programs, the scientific material is evaluated to identify the effectiveness of training programs, the institution evaluates the level of performance of public relations, and the information provided in the courses is closed to the reality of work and can be applied practically.
