Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على سياسة التحفيز الضريبي وأثرها على الاستثمار في سورية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن السياسة المتبعة من طرف الدولة والهادفة إلى تشجيع الاستثمارات جعلها تبادر إلى تبني سياسة التحفيزات الضريبية وذلك بهدف إقناع المستثمرين وترغيبهم في المبادرة بخلق المشاريع الاستثمارية من خلال مجموعة من التحفيزات والإعفاءات على الضرائب والرسوم وذلك في اطار قوانين الاستثمار، وفقا لشروط محددة، حيث أن الهدف من هذه الاستثمارات تغطية أولويات المجتمع كتحسين المستوى المعيشي وتقليل مستوى البطالة، وبالتالي النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني.
