Overview
يمثل الاستغراب مشروعًا فكريًا عميقًا يهدف إلى فهم الغرب من منظور غير غربي، قائمًا على الحوار والتفاهم لا على التضاد أو الاستهداف. يستلهم هذا النهج قيم التسامح والحوار الواردة في الدين الإسلامي، حيث يُشجع على النقاش البنّاء مع الآخر بالتي هي أحسن. من خلال هذا الإطار، يُنظر إلى الغرب كبنية ثقافية وتاريخية يمكن التفاعل معها معرفيًا، بدلًا من اعتبارها معيارًا مطلقًا أو كيانًا منفصلًا. يعمل الاستغراب على إبراز تجارب غير الغربيين في التعامل مع التحديات التاريخية والاجتماعية والثقافية، مسلّطًا الضوء على عمليات تشكيل الهوية الذاتية والتفاهم الثقافي. يستخدم هذا النهج منهجًا متعدد التخصصات، يجمع بين التاريخ الفكري والدراسات الثقافية وتحليل الخطاب والفن والإعلام، مع التركيز على مقارنة التمثيلات المختلفة للغرب عبر السياقات، لتعزيز فهم أعمق للتفاعل الثقافي العالمي.
