Overview
يتناول هذا البحث الأحكام الخاصة بالآباء والأبناء في الأضحية، والتعرف على آراء المذاهب الإسلامية في ذلك، وكذلك التعرف على معايير التعسف في استعمال الحق وإمكانية تطبيق تلك المعايير على مسائل البحث، ونظرا إلى أهمية البحث فقد قسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث. وتحت كل مبحث مطالب، وقد توصل الباحث إلى وجود خلاف في حكم أضحية الآباء عن الأبناء صغارا وكبارا، وكذلك في حكم تضحية الأبناء عن الآباء أمواتا وأحياء، كما توصل الباحث إلى إمكانية تطبيق معايير التعسف على تلك الأحكام كما بينه البحث.
