يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة مربيات رياض الأطفال لحقوق الطفل في المدارس الحكومية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء-باليمن، وتكونت عينة البحث من (56) مربية في رياض الأطفال الحكومية، واستخدم مقياس ممارسة مربيات رياض الأطفال لحقوق الطفل لجمع البيانات من إعداد الباحث، وتوصل البحث إلى أن ممارسات مربيات رياض الأطفال لحقوق الطفل في مدارس أمانة العاصمة الحكومية صنعاء عالية جدا.
