يعد الحق في التعليم من حقوق الإنسان المتجددة والتي تكاد تجمع الدساتير والقوانين المختلفة على معالجة الأحكام المنظمة له، والسبب في ذلك أن هذا الحق يعد مقياس لتحضر وتقدم المجتمع لأي دولة. ومن هذا المنطق جاء بحثنا ليسلط الضوء على التنظيم الدستوري والقانوني للحق في التعليم في العراق مع مقارنته بدول أخرى كجمهورية مصر العربية من أجل وضع ضوابط تنظم هذا الحق وكيفية التمتع به.
