Overview
هناك العديد من الآليات التي يمكن اللجوء إليها لصون التراث الثقافي غير المادي أثناء النزاعات المسلحة سواء بصورة غير مباشرة من خلال النصوص الدولية الخاصة بالنزاعات المسلحة، وذلك من منظور صون العادات والتقاليد والعقائد الدينية، أو بصورة مباشرة من خلال إدراج هذا التراث في لوائح اليونسكو. كما يمكن صون هذا التراث من مفهوم مبادئ حقوق الإنسان والتي يمكن تطبيقها خلال النزاعات المسلحة. فضلا عن ذلك أن أفضل وسيلة لصون هذا التراث تتمثل بمحاكمة ومعاقبة منتهكي أحكام صون هذا التراث سواء في المحاكم الجنائية الوطنية أو الجنائية الدولية.
